Here in Riga there is a "secondary" airfield, used mainly by general aviation. With that airfield is an old control tower which is considered notable architectural piecea nd impressive main terminal building of pompous Stalin-era origin which houses a small museum.
The locals are trying to revive the "lidlauks" as an place for events.
