Kermit Weeks from Fantasy of Flight have taken the selfiestick up and have made a nice seria of videos around vintage aircraft.
I have earlier linked to an interresting walkaround in a engine workshop and now i've come past 3/3 video sections introducing the Curtiss T(!)P40 thoroughly as he checks up the aircraft exterior pre flight and continues into the cockpit: https://m.youtube.co...h?v=l8emUYDyoO8
As I'm not related to aircraft and flying beside a general interrest wich the web have been able to kickstart, it's very interresting to get the little details pointed out in this videos. Ex: As mechanical indication of the position have P-40 tabs protruding through the upper wing surface when the landing gear, as well as the invisible split flaps is down!.
It all ends with a short flight wich gets likely commented.
First getting started there is several of this 'Kermie-cams' at Youtube. Take a look and enjoy!
Thoroughly video presentation of exterior and interior of the Curtiss TP-40
