FK, did you really have a transplant? If so, how long ago was that?

You see, I really like my sweet wines. :)  ;)

I got a new liver just over three years ago. It's all turned out really well. Wine is just a sweet memory now.

My wife had a liver transplant 18 years ago, still going strong. May yours be just as successful :)

(She was born with a liver condition, eventually needed a transplant)

As a modern IT user one should make a testament including a passus with listing of fora and passwords to make it possible for the surviving family members to spread out the news!
I'm really serious about this as it was a big relief to know my wifes PW for FaceBook when she fell down with a stroke and was kept in coma at a knifes edge for a week: FaceBook is perfect for announcements of such kind, but beside my freinds and relatives there was also her ditto, and as said it was a big relief to let out own pressure by informing at her FB.
Last week we buried a freind of mine who had lived with a fatal condition through many years, having her dead postponed year by year.
How gruesome a destiny it might be she have had opportunity to plan her own departure, wich showed to include her favour music from a boom-box in the church. And her favourite lullaby printed to be sung at the grave.
The following gathering at the inn did, possible caused by the lightness of the church ceremony, became well visited and quickly relaxed, hence became a nice memory to keep.
I've reserved an amount equal to the expense at my latest round birthdays for a hopefully joyfull feast in connection with my burial, however i dont expect rumor to travel fast enough for You to participate. However, as i'm perfectly fine (knock on wood) i might outlive some of you anyhow :-/

Just my 5 Cent around the mortal subject.

BTW: Participating in burial ceremonies is waste of time as they obviously wont return favour and come to yours ;-)
