Hi there,

If you are in the London area you may have seen a news item on BBC News concerning Bromley Council's plan to demolish part of the Biggin Hill RAF St George's Chapel of Remembrance to replace it with an ugly 'box' building which will become the long awaited Battle of Britain Museum.  I thought we were to have a mini Duxford style Museum, that could take large artifacts and even an aeroplane, but no the Council are insisting on this building containing just photos and video displays.  Please click on the following link to Downe Village Website where the first item is the news piece recorded at the Chapel. http://www.downe-kent.org.uk
