Think about the Hawker Tempest

That one came to my mind aswell.. Mk IV before Mk II

to the Messerschmitt Bf.109 Timeline.

the MESSERSCHMITT Bf 109 PERFORMANCE TIMELINE thread on

the AIRCRAFT PERFORMANCE section of this site. Your information

was a big help in sorting out the late war 109s.
