Hi Armand,

I saw a YouTube clip on a turbo Cessna 182 that was at 22,000 feet!

Now THAT got my attention. I bet it took him over an hour to get down from that height.

A freind of mine had a flight in a C172 to a destination in the Alps and told about the inflight that he became ancious about beeing able to climb to the height of the destination in time, as there wasn't much space between the mountains to abandon and return =:-o
As i have the story from his mouth, it's obvious he made it ;-)
His father had BTW a reputation for setting the Cessna down on meadows to buy petrol at the nearest farmer :-o

#48:
The first 200 paratroopers deployed in Normandy prior to the D-day landings was all named Rupert.
Explanation is they were all dummies performing a con operation, and their code name during the preparations was 'Rupert'.

The Ruperts were, one and all, bad shots ... and cowards who never fought a lick!
