Why this? Aren't volcanos prone to spit fire? At least occasionally?

It just dawned on me, Spock is half Vulcan so one side of his family is humans the other side is Volcanos. :D

Apparently will the oncoming airdisplay at Southport (Sefton, Merseyside), sept 19th be the last occation to experience the Vulcan in the air :-
Some other displays have been scheduled but maybee the incident with the nose-gear are the cause of the early withdrawal from the sky :-/
