As Onslow(*) would have said it: 'How nice'!

(*): For the ignorants overseas: Onslow is a part in the british comedy seria 'Keeping up appearences'

I dare to fill in my favourite Onslow quote:
'Here I sit, totally surrounded by no beer' :-)

Actually the early Mosquitos were made of plywood by combining 3/8" sheets of Ecuadorian balsa wood sandwiched between sheets

of Canadian birch plywood GLUED together originally with sheets of special casein-based wood glue. Now, casein glue is a milk byproduct, so I choose to call my Mosquitos Extra Sharp Chedder if you don't mind. This all had to be changed to a formaldehyde-based wood glue in order to keep the  body intact in humid climates.

As much as this picture shows, the Mosquito was not glued by Cheddar, but by Emmentaler:

I wonder how the British got this cheese during WWII, as there are no recorded blockade runner flights between Britain and Switzerland. And I have no idea what this Gary-Sinise-thing is all about...

Heräkulman, I assure to you (and all other newbies) normally, this is a serious forum. Well, normally...

Regards, RT

Yeah well, formaldehyde pretty much killed the cheddar-mosquitos off preserving them in jars....

:D

But seriously (if that is even possible  ) the DH Mosquito was not so succesful in Far East, much to same reasons Myrsky was not very suited for Northern Finland.

I thought EVERYONE knew it was Jeff's fault. I heard it from his wife.

You mean this is just now getting around? BOY news  travels slow ... unless you talk with Jeff's wife, that is. She knows.

WOW! I leave for 2.5 days and everything falls apart. You guys are trying to blame me for everything and I wasn't even here. We are

suppose to be SERIOUSLY talking about a GOT topic here. RT is blaming me so that he can post weirdasspictures, Armand is showing us videos of his parents on TV, Herakulman (the rookie) is killing off a species of insects and Greg is quoting his favorite

comic book character and seeing my wife behind my back.

Where the bl**dy H3LL is the moderator. I will be reporting all of this mischievous activity to the proper authorities.

Well, Just as soon as I finish this pint, a, what?

Jeff
