Hi all,

just wanted to post here the set of pictures I've taken yesterday at the RAF Museum @ Hendon.

Canon EOS 500d with the stock lens. I also have a 70-300mm but wasn't ideal indoors!

Wonderful! I've always found it too dark in most of the areas to get decent photos, so thanks for sharing!:)

Great photos. If I ever make it to the UK, I'll have to go and have a look myself.

Cheers,

Great photos Paola but 2 of the photos labeled Spit Vb are not Spit Vb. The Spit Vb never had a bubble canopy and a Griffon engine.

Would say it is a Spitfire F24.

Nicely done, but you've got your Typhoon (3-blade prop) crossed with the Tempest (4-blade prop,) a head-on of the "Lancaster" is actually the B-24, and there's one head-on of the Typhoon labelled as Beaufort. Sorry to be a smart-arse.

If your going to be picky, I think the Tempest II and Typhoon have been mixed up, except the pic of the Typhoon thats labled a Beaufort

Beaten to it.....

I hadn't looked at the captions!:D

I'm currently modeling a Typhoon so the pics are gratefully received.
