Hi Kutscha,

I was told you sent me a PM. But due to technical error my inbox is full and I am not able to empty it. So, if it is not too personal, please repeat it here.

Paolo, if you read this, please try to clear the mailbox problem.

Best regards, RT

Hi,

are you hitting a technical error when you attempt to empty your old private messages? If your inbox is full, you need to make some space in order to receive more messages. Let me know what is the issue with emptying the old ones and I can have a look at it.

Thanks,

Hi RT. I was asking if you would translate a document I posted in Greg's 'fighter chronological' thread.

Paola, I to had the message that my box was 100% full. It had the same number of messages as it did before you made your changes. I also had to change my pass word.

Hi Paolo and Kutscha.

Paolo:

In the meantime, I get space for 15 more PMs. But the 20 "still remaining" messages are not shown and hitting "Empty Folder" shows no effect. I think Wuzak (in WWII Fighter Chronology posting #8) reports about the same effect). I am going to post a screenshot there.

Kutscha:

I will translate that. Please give me a one day of time.

Regards, RT

Hi RT and Kutscha,

There is a PM "inbox" folder and a "sent" folder.

I found you have to empty both to get rid of all the PM's and make space.

Hope that helps ... :-)

Greg, just had to remove some not all PMs in both boxes.

Thanks RT, when you can get to it is fine.

Yeah, basically you can selectively choose which PM to delete from each folder (more or less like an email client)

In the meantime, I've upped PM storage to 100 for Forum Guru's and 50 for Regular Members. I can't see why not to do it for the time being, if the board gets busier I may have to reduce it in the future.

Hope it helps!

Paolo, I have tried on numerous occasions to add a photo to or add to or edit my profile but it won't let me. Could you please look into this?
Thanks,Tony

Hi Tony,

those activities are allowed once you become a "Regular Member" , that is after 15 posts. This is to avoid spam bot activity.

Thanks,
Paolo
