You've all missed the point here. This is an ECONOMY cruise missile.

If gets 54 nautical miles per liter of Hydrogen Perixode and Aluminum Perclorate. Additionally, it probaby kills almost two square blocks per ton of warhead.

Note the complete lack of rocket exhaust. Maybe they run it with smoke bombs.

No doubt it also has an AM-FM radio as optional equipment.
