Hi all, I am an englishman living/working in Holland. My all consuming hobby is WW11 aeroplanes and the early jet fighters.
I make many flying models of these, mostly electric powered (save the planet!) and try to make them as scale as possible and 'weather' them to avoid that 'museum ' finish.
My current project is a P38 Lightning and I wonder if any of you could help me. I have some details showing panel lines etxc but I am having a lot of trouble finding some details on the Superchargers on top of the booms. Also how these units looked when the plane was in action. i.e. not bright and shiny.
