Just finished reading through the Documents section, very good read.
Two minor corrections however...
First at Stalingrad, it was Goering who, without checking any details at all assured Hitler that the Luftwaffe could maintain 6th Army by Air, not Hitler who demanded the Luftwaffe supply Paulos' men. (Antony Beevor's book Stalingrad is an excellent account of the Battle)
Second, writing about the Battle of Kursk you say that the Luftwaffe had to withdraw fighters to the West because the Allied bombing offensive was begining. Sorry but the RAF began bombing German terrotory in 1939, 4 years before Kursk.
True, the US bombing offensive really began to bite in summer 1943, and the American daylight bombers drew far more fighter attention than the British night bombing, but there was more to the Allies than just the Americans!
