from Flightglobal site,I found this pusher aircraft,the Difoga 421,was this
a project or not ?.

Hi Hesham,

you should not confuse three aircraft: Difoga 421, Difoga 471, and Fokker F.25.

Your initial question was about the Difoga 471, see your title and your link. In the contribution you talked about the Difoga 421. This project was realized, I have some pictures, but they are in too bad quality for to be published here.

About the Difoga 471, we know nothing more than it is in your first link. The Fokker F.25 obviously is not a realized Difoga 471, as your second link does not refer to it.

and I think I wrote it wrong,it was Difoga 421 and not Difoga 471.
