I often visit this site and view in awe the knowledge displayed by posters, so forgive me if I do post, any naivety on my part.
I've always had an interest in WW II aircraft since making airfix kits as a child, but my personel connections are my partners Father who completed a tour in a Lancaster of RAF 100 Squadron, and an uncle who was an airgunner in the RFC.
