Cut and Paste

Hi Taglia,

Is there any way to "cut and paste" portions of various postings. The "Copy" option is good, but sometimes I would like to pick portions of multiple postings out of their original order. The tool bar on the computer that I use in the local library does not have a "cut and paste" feature.

usually the C&P features are provided by the environment in which you are browsing ... in this case it seems they've disabled these features.

I don't know if it's good for you, but have you tried using the "Multi Quote" feature ?
Check out this icon (http://warbirdsforum.com/images/buttons/multiquote_off.gif) at each post

That should do the trick ...

Thanks for the reply. The computer at the local library where I get on line has indeed disabled the cut-and-paste. Right now, I'm at an internet cafe, and there's no problem--only a little expensive.

I have used the "Multi Quote" feature, and it works fine. One of these days I'll break down and buy my own computer, and then all will be well.
